Feature request: auto-extract hashtags as tags #413

For posting Notes and Articles, it would be great if, when the tags field is left blank, all hashtags are extracted from the content and added as tags (without the # symbol). For example if the content is:

This is a #test of #IndieWeb posting

then the tags field would populate with: test, IndieWeb
