Python V3 version #16

So with the latest release of Indigo, this plugin won't work with the next version of Indigo, as they won't support plugins that don't work in Python 3.

I'm not a coder, but am hoping someone will take a look at this and hopefully get it upgraded to work with Python 3.

I have downloaded the plugin and modified it to run under Python 3. However, as I don't have a Yamaha receiver, I can't test it. I will work out how to do a pull request to set it up as a pre-relaese for testing.

Once the Pthon 3 version is tested as OK in its current state, we can then look at enhancements.
