debugging #9

No debugging settings. Configuration of plugin simply brings up a test box "the cake is a lie". One of my recievers has connection issues, a result of poor hdmi-cec implementation on my old Bravia TV, so i get a log over flowing with debug messages with no way to suppress them.

Added a switch in the config dialog to toggle debug logging (v1.0.2).
