Add unknown/undefined devices to a popup in the device config window #1

The plugin knows what devices are available that currently don't have corresponding Indigo devices, so in the device config dialog you could just allow the user to select one of them from a popup. Much better than trying to remember the right node number.

This could also help when you have to replace the batteries in a device and it ends up getting assigned a different ID.
