Add cleanup task that clears empty folders #14

There was a suggestion recently of a command that would clean (in a folder) empty folders. It would be nice to have this, specially if the module has no asssets and, in this case, it would be simply deleted.

Would this task be explicitly ran, like spoon project clean? If so, I'm not sure if project is the right module here, though.

@marcooliveira Also not sure about project clean. It seems a generic command that receives a folder and then cleans it up.
