Several things to be resolved

• There should be a help command:
  • spoonjs help controller create should be the same as spoonjs controller create -h
• Create a more extense documentation for each command
• Add ability to order commands
• Add spoonjs framework version command
• Add spoonjs -v to show the current version of the cli and the framework (hopefully showing if there is a newer version)
