Survey for subscribers that enables us to add critical segmenting data to customer records (100% coverage on first name/last name, zip, whether or not part of a group)

Where do we want to be repositing this information? Is this to be part of the User accounts on the web page, or is this something you want to keep offline (or as much 'offline' as a google doc is)?
