Event Administrator to add Featured Image #52

Currently a user with the role of Event Administrator does not see the "Add Featured Image" feature. Please enable them to be able to see and use this.

Fixed - was a combination of issues. I made this change straight to production..... make certain that the change is reflected in master branch before promoting code to production.
