Create a Field in User Record for "Group Sign-up" #54

When a member requests to join a group via the website, that data doesn't go anywhere. It is emailed to Groups (?) or Coaches (?). That data gets too easily lost. Is it possible to create a field on the User record that can hold the value that the user enters on that form? Even if it's not the group they end up in, we do need to see what was posted.

This will enable us to sort and manage these records better.

As an interim workaround, is it possible then to include Tech@ so that we can see what they signed up for.
