Uploading to IW Stage #57

@tom-iw has reported issues uploading to the staging site. Please provide more info. This affects Events scraper process. thx

Sure - I was trying to import some events to test a new scraper using the "Import ICS file" option, which I was using successfully about 2 weeks ago. I began getting the error message "HTTP error", but now it has changed to "An error occurred in the upload. Please try again later."

I believe this import dialog is using a common WP upload functionality - in past incarnations of iw-stage, the uploaded calendar files have joined a folder-style dialog full of images and whatnot. This makes me suspect a disk may be full or something, but that is just a hunch. Certainly if code and configs have been changing elsewhere, it could be anything.
