Group Members Can Not Join Topic Groups #62

Currently, a user who is an approved as a Group Member is not able to join Topic Groups. When they click "Join Group", they are taken back to the IW Home Page, but do not see the in their MyGroups List

I checked the backend, and the appropriate Topic Group checkboxes were not checked for them.

Which group? Which user?

I have since fixed it by making her a Group Leader. She was at my house, so I watched her login, see the Indivisible New Rochelle group (as Group Member), then try to join Topic Groups. She tried several Topic groups, but was not added.

I then switched her role to Group Leader, as she is one of the Group Leaders. Once she was a Group Leader, then she was able to join Topic Groups.
