Expandable Sticky Headers in List Section Views #42

All headers in list views should be have the option to be expandable and/or sticky

Expandable is defined as:

Containing a +/- icon
Clicking the header should animate show/hide the section contents

Sticky is defined as

Visible at all times,
If a section is scrolled off the bottom of the screen the header should be visible at the bottom
If a section is scrolled off the top of the screen the header should be visible at the top
Header order should be maintained
