Match About Page to Wireframes #43

Using the about page design https://projects.invisionapp.com/share/QFG17LD9C2M#/screens/285374503

Design a rough about page with the same details:

[x] Main Header (purple)
[x] Header (bold)
[x] Subheader (purple)
[x] Unordered list (small dots)

The arrow button should no longer expand the text in the Home page (as per this conversation https://projects.invisionapp.com/share/QFG17LD9C2M#/screens/281399847/comments/94913145) but instead links to the about page.
