"More" Dropdown Nav Menu? #31

If chapter has a long title and/or a lot of nav items, it quickly becomes unwieldy: e.g. http://indivisible4c.com/

Need to figure out how to handle this better. I'm leaning toward saying if there are more than 4 nav items, create a "more" nav item dropdown that includes additional nav items (on desktop, on mobile they would just show up normally).

Thoughts?
