Description of Proposed Changes

• added styling for departments and employees
• in department detail the employee cards link to the employee detail view

Steps to Test

Outline the steps to test

git fetch --all
git checkout lsStyle
git pull origin lsStyle

1. make migrations and seed the database
2. check all views for employees and departments to ensure the styling is acceptable
3. open a department detail view and click an employee card, it should redirect to that employees detail view
