What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. create a new project, don't do anything apart from that
2. go to the metadata panel
3. press the button for getting info about an ontology
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I expect the description of the ontology. I get an exception because the
resource does not exist! I need to create a triple representing the ontology,
at least with the URI rdf:type owl:Ontology
