alternative expresssions (labels) created when creating a new concept are not explicit

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. create a new concept
2. choose a label in the window for creating a new concept

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
open the concept description, that label will not be explicit
the strange thing is that if you add a label from the concept editor, this one 
will be explicit, so probably it is assigned to another graph during concept 
creation...

could u check this? here in LREC there's almost no connection and barely 
managed to get the XPI, still no code on my laptop.
