semantic annotation not working in SKOS #86

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. drag text over a concept
2. select: "value for property"
3. the user can choose the class, but then, if he chooses to "bind to new 
individual.." he has again to choose from a skos tree (which is already on the 
right). 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
in both cases (new individual, or bind to existing one), nothing happens
