Selecting another Repositor Config in the Task Repository Configuartion page causes hang #10

Steps to repeat:
- open Task Repositories View
- choose Add Repository
- choose Industrial
- open Additonal Parameters
- Try changing in Choose a repository

The whole eclipse installation hangs and must ctrl alt delete to restart!

Caused by referencing a null repository in a widget SelectionHandler. 
Serious BUG so must upgrade bug fix level amd create new update site!
