Unable to install: org.eclipse.mylyn.tasks.ui could not be found

I was unsuccessful installing the connector on a Kepler Eclipse:

- Downloaded the Kepler for Java EE Developers
  eclipse-jee-kepler-R-win32-x86_64.zip

- Started with a fresh workspace

- Selected the Industrial SQL Connector for Mylyn and
  clicked on Install, leaving all 4 components checked

- 30 seconds later I get the message that the connect
  itself won't be installed because of:
  Cannot complete the install because one or more required items could not be found.
  Software being installed: Industrial Connector for Mylyn 0.9.9 (com.industrialtsi.mylyn.feature.feature.group 0.9.9)
  Missing requirement: Industrial Connector for Mylyn 0.9.9 (com.industrialtsi.mylyn.feature.feature.group 0.9.9) requires 'org.eclipse.mylyn.tasks.ui [3.8.0,3.9.0)' but it could not be found

I'm running Windows 7 64bit.

Any advice would be highly welcome. I've spent already spent half 
a day trying to figure out where to download the missing components
and have gotten very frustrated by many repository links (>5...) 
that all don't work anymore.

I'm trying to install your connector with the intention to use
it as a template for a connector for http://www.project-open.org/.
Any hints for an "integrator" who is an Eclipse newbie (but used
to be a Java architect back in 1998)?
