[Task] Evaluate why e2e test is failing 3x with new Scorpio v4.1.10

The vanilla functions (create entity, get, subscribe, batch processing) work But 3 of our E2E tests are failing -

• 2x Debezium bridge,
• 1x NGSI-LD bridge

Work through the tests and component:

• watch what happens on kafka,
• watch how the bridges have
• look at all relevant components to understand where it is failing

Debezium: debezium bridge is taking data directly from postgres (not over NGSI-API) API changes: Are assumptions we made are still valid?
