Add these attributes: Number of braches, Number of gyms, Active status, Diet plan availability, Calorie calculator availability

Add new attributes for the SubscriptionType Table. They are,

• gymCount: INTEGER
• branchCount: INTEGER
• isActive: BOOLEAN
• isCalAvailable: BOOLEAN
• isDietAvailable: BOOLEAN
