Add XMPP implementations #146

Add XMPP implementations. This could bring push based services to Delphi applications to integrate with existing enterprise software systems (instead of frequent polling).

FmxExpress has posted Instant Messaging Demo Client And XMPP Component For Delphi XE6 Firemonkey On Android And IOS, which uses Indy for its sockets. Maybe use that as a base for a future implementation.
