The goal is to answer two questions:
1) What does our ideal client look like?
Traits, characteristics, the works. Keep in mind that while we serve many clients in a limited capacity sort of way, this is going to be used to paint the picture of who we IDEALLY should be trying to work with. Don't worry about the stragglers right now. Just do your best to tell us all what you think our best possible client relationship looks like.
2) What does our company ideally look like to you in 5 years time?
Standards, ideals, size, shape, location, policy change, culture, you name it. No stone left unturned. This company was built by listening to what our team thinks is the best way to do something. And we're gonna keep doing that dammit. So let fly. Being kind is good, but if you want change, don't be afraid to say it.
Due Date: This due date is to be voted on and established by the team. There is no pressing reason to jam it down peoples throats at the moment. Ideally, before we hire a ton more people, but I'll leave it up to you all.
