Text scrolling for touchscreens + Google Translator #3

Google Translator window can be shown or hidden using corresponding menu. If the window is shown, user can see translation of any word just by clicking it in the book text. gt

If it's OK this will be merged into rc-1.5.5 and the issue closed.

No. 1. Strange grey bar on the right side of the screen + scroll-bar cut:

No. 2. It'd be good to get source / target languages for GT from the book metadata (if it is present, of course) and use [Auto]->[EN] only as the fallback. Auto guessing may be wrong for shorter words sometimes.

No. 3. AR allows selecting text for copying into clipboard with Ctrl key pressed + dragging. What if send this text to GT, too?

  1. OK, will fix.
  2. Now it preserves languages chosen by user in GT window for further translations. But yes, loading default languages from book metadata is a good idea.
  3. Yes, good idea. It is a pity that this won't work on touch screens :( Although, some toggle button can be added to toggle between text scrolling and text selection by left mouse button.

Merged into rc-1.5.5, will go to master after fixing #6.
