Join the methodology and code repos headings into an About page #14

The "About page" will have the content of both the methodology and the repos page. In addition it should contain a heading that points to the API documentation: https://github.com/InetIntel/grip-api-v2/blob/main/api-spec.md

Let's keep the "Contacts" heading/page separate until we have a decent footer.

As a second step, the "About page" should be significantly improved, with diagrams that explain the basic concepts. At least (i) the 3 box conceptual pipeline that explains the philosophy of GRIP from slides and (ii) the data-flow diagram.
