There's a problem with the region we are pointing to for an outage in Haiti. It looks fine on the main dashboard page but once you click into Haiti we are displaying the Ouest region in Cameroon: https://ioda.inetintel.cc.gatech.edu/country/HT?from=1645882943&until=1646142143
The map code should instead use the region IDs to make sure it shows the right locations on the map.
