Clicking on regions on the dashboard map fails to load the appropriate page #6

Steps to replicate:

Go to IODA dashboard
Click on the region view tab
Click on any region on the map (colored or not, doesn't matter)
Expected page fails to load

More info:

The page that tries to load when you click on a region has the URL country/<regionID> when it should really be region/<regionID>. This is what causes the page to fail to load.
The function at fault appears to be handleEntityShapeClick() in assets/js/Ioda/pages/dashboard/Dashboard.js -- should just need a bit of logic to recognise when we're displaying the regions tab and adjust the URL accordingly.
