Grenades not damaging asteroids #16

It seems that even though grenade and grenade explosions can push asteroids, they can't damage it.

Grenades should not be able to damage anything — it's the explosion that's deadly.

The grenades' explosions is the Explosion object (particle.js). It's shared with the Torpedo, so there's no reason for it not to work...
