Any version of Dungeons Libraries crashes with mod configuration [1.16.5] #49

Hello, I am have an issue loading the dungeons libraries mod into my modpack. It used to be working last year, but after coming back there has been some compatibility issue that I cannot diagnose. Any help is appreciated.

I have attached the crash report: help.txt

1.16.5 will not be receiving any more updates. If the issue still persists in 1.19.2, provide a new log.
