Re-organized stuff #156

-Reorganized build.gradle -Added more mods to dev environment. REI and RER are there optionally (commented out) if you prefer using it over JEI and JER + JEED, but make sure you're using one or the other. -Re-organized mods.toml -Re-organized gradle.properties -Updated Geckolib version -Updated Forge version -Allocated more RAM in gradle.properties and gradlew.bat -Configured mixin stuff

Could you redo the work with spaces instead of tabs... This is horrible xD I can't go through 369 files :p

The format option on Eclipse sucks lol... You can discard the entire 3rd commit
