Login Timeout Fix #5

Problem description

Can't join the server, gives login timeout message.

Steps to reproduce the issue

Join a server with PurePerms plugin.

Fix

Use this latest PurePerms update so you can join the server -> https://github.com/poggit-orphanage/PurePerms

Update raklib

This issue also happened to me and the solution was to update the PurePerms version.

As @armagadon159753 stated, I think checking differences between PocketMine-MP's current RakLib and this repository's one is not a bad idea.

I hace already cet this issu you jute need update Binary.php in utiles folder
