Duplicate Detection: Able to have same employee (with different letter case) #2

The program allows the same employee to exist in the Contacts list with the exact same information having the only difference as the letter case.

This might lead to confusion and loss of productivity as the user inputs duplicate contacts.

We have taken note of this and already included in our planned enhancements. Also was not able to fix this in v1.4
