The neptune achievement should've been received when you completed Neptune so I am not sure why the game didn't give you that achievement, while I was testing I noticed a delay when I got some of the achievements so it could be a problem with the Steam API, but I'll make additional checks in 1.0.5a so that you can get the achievement
As for the "mega asteroid", the asteroid should've kept going down and start generating infinite waves until you kill it, but it moving away is a bug. While I had this bug before, I thought I fixed it, looks like there are still issues with it so I'll try to fix it.
The satellite difficulty being 0 on earth is intentional as I kind of wanted to make it as an "unexpected planet to save", but if it's too weird I'll bring the actual values in.

I completed Neptune and didn't receive the Achievement, plus the Earth phase is completely strange: A mega asteroid appears at the top (not completely) and starts moving towards the top right corner, and after leaving the screen it no longer appears. Then several waves of asteroids begin to appear, but very slowly, to the point of completing and having to wait 1 minute to complete, in addition to some mini meteors appearing in the middle of the screen and not in the corner as is common. When I bought the satellites to check the difficulty of the level, it appeared that the difficulty is 0
