Description First version of the new created ReadTheDocs Documentation. Also a new Readme file.

Good start! I think it would be good to already start building this branch in ReadTheDocs. And from there we can review with the docs generated as well.

The README is very neat and clean 😃 @ederjc @LinjingZhang maybe we have to check which is the best board product name convention: in some places we use underscore, in other spaces...
