Changing appearance of resources links in usage files

• change resources text-link section appearance at the bottom of every component inside usage files and reposition it to the top
• affected components will be: accordion, alert, breadcrumb, badge, status, tag, button, card, checkbox, chip, date picker, dropdown, footer, icon button, link, modal, navigation, search bar, search field, pagination, progress bar, radio button, select, sidebar navigation, slider, spinner, switch, table, tabs, text field, tooltip
