cy8cproto-063-ble is not identified as either Type 1 or 2

Hi Mike,

PSoC 63 devices fall under type 1. There are plans to update all of the exercises in the class to use a PSoC63 kit, but that work has not yet been completed.

cy8cproto-063-ble is not clearly defined, nor is the underlying module CYBLE-416045-02, or CYBLE-416045-EVAL, in fact all PSoC™ 63 MCUs seems to be omitted.
