Updated WelcomeView #121

This is the updated WelcomeView from my ExperimentalUI branch. Though, I did tweak it bit to make sure it scales better between different screen sizes.

I like this, it looks great, but I just committed an update to the WelcomeView that I think looks a tad bit better, so I'm going to close this PR.
