Home page "update available" not triggering when an update is available #45

Noticed this afternoon that when InfiniTime v1.7.1 was released it did not show the available update on the home page. Update appears in the DFU menu so the app is clearly fetching the GitHub releases, but the home page does not warn of the update.

Fixed, updates will show themselves in next release
