[docs] Include repository initialization in docker build doc #1825

As a novice I've struggled quite a bit with Docker build and with issues like https://github.com/InfiniTimeOrg/InfiniTime/issues/1807 it looks like a good idea to include repository initialization in Docker build documentation as well.
