Support cases where the returned names are decoded from the server, for example (% -> 25%)

@yaelmi3 looks fine to merge. For next time, it will be better to open the PR in the company's internal GitLab server (because we have a CI job that syncs our open source projects from the internal GitLab to GitHub).
