This PR adds support for additional pouch decay and repair checks via the Dark Mage.

Auto-verify non-broken pouches (closes #3)
- Add support for already repaired pouches via the repair dialog
Add support for Dark Mage -> Repair MenuOption Dialog
Add basic support for quickly repair and not finishing the dialog
- Not consistent if the dialog finishes or exists faster than a tick

TODO:

Update version to 1.3.4
Implement a better solution to update decay state when a player quickly repairs a pouch before the next part of the dialog starts
- Race conditions yet again
~~Take another look at CS2 scripts~~
- Polar said it's not really possible
  - Could still use the firing of the events to check for the widgets instead since it should be updated at that point faster than on game tick
- 2153 is any keyboard input at all and not specific to continue
  - Maybe we can verify here if there is a Widget with "Please wait..."
Move texts to be a constant variable instead of defined in the check scope

Handle repair pouch race conditions via Dark Mage via fbe6fd5

Repair pouches when the appropriate MenuAction.WIDGET_CONTINUE is received
- When a player clicks on "Click to continue" to accept the repair
Repair pouches when the appropriate CS2 Script is received
- When a player uses the spacebar to accept the repair ("Click to continue" via Space)
