Submit Plugin to the Plugin Hub

I was considering submitting the plugin now since I am now satisfied with the state of the plugin. That way, the reviewer can take their time when looking at the spaghetti code because I reckon it'll take 1-2 weeks until it's accepted - if it's accepted.

However, here is the list of issues/requests I want to close before I submit it so that I minimize any problems and push out a decently polished plugin:

Currently submitted version does not include the potential tasks; however, I am now starting to work on supporting equipment that doesn't degrade the pouch, Last time I submitted a plugin to the Plugin Hub, they reviewed PRs from oldest to newest, so I won't include it to avoid jumping back at the end of the queue.
