Add more directory readme files #25

Currently we have README files for the images and music directories. However, we should try to add readme files for a few other directories so that they are better documented, and thus easier to understand.

The README files should contain some basic information on the directory, its files, and any subdirectories it contains. They will need to be updated as the game is developed, so they should be left somewhat brief so that they don't need to be updated as often.

These are the directories that should probably have README files added to them:
