Try out PDFView in Reader view #14

  1. add the plugin
  2. implement it in Reader.js
  3. add a pdf asset (ideally as a couchbase attachment, relies on issue1 however)

This is likely not going to work as a reader solution but it would be great to have a solution to make the app "usable" for a pdf book
