Cover images on gitberg are too big-- don't match titles #3

suggest we add thumbnail size versions of the covers to the repos

I've added the thumbnails as attachments to cloudant as /[book._id]/cover.jpg Confirmed that they replicate correctly to device database. Not solving the original intent, which was to add to repos, but think we can work with this.
