duplicate of #460
It's debatable if the other topic that you linked to is even related to my question/feature request, but I'm not seeing how this topic & the other one are "duplicates".
I also do not see anybody ANSWER MY QUESTION in EITHER of the topics. This question should be easy to answer, so why not just bite the bullet & ANSWER it?
If it helps, I'll REWORD the question into a [Feature request] (which I did when I STARTED this topic). Add the ability to PipePipe to show us (when trying to Download a video) BOTH mp4 & webm versions at the same time (read = as opposed to HIDING one of those formats).
BOTH mp4 & webm versions at the same time (read = as opposed to HIDING one of those formats)
Not hiding, actually App is not successfully fetching webm audio streams in PipePipeExtractor since some YouTube changes some time ago, that's the reason why webm downloads aren't available as requested in issues #460 #353
I hope you understand, Basically some code commits from NewPipeExtractor needs to be cherry picked in PipePipeExtractor as mentioned in #353 to make it work.
As mentioned in https://github.com/InfinityLoop1308/PipePipe/issues/353#issuecomment-2453218804, it is a bug that causing the issue. You should be able to see them at the same time in the next version.
I just now (accidentally) found out about PipePipe, so I have a question about it.
In NewPipe, when you try to DOWNLOAD a video/audio, you are either shown a few mp4 versions OR a few webm versions, but for some reason, you are NEVER shown BOTH versions. (I know that a few videos have only a few mp4 OR a few webm choices, but my question/feature request is about videos that have both versions.) I know that (in NewPipe) you can change WHICH format NewPipe shows you, but even then NewPipe still shows you ONLY ONE format.
MY QUESTION FEATURE REQUEST Does PipePipe have an option to show me BOTH mp4 versions & webm versions AT THE SAME TIME? If PipePipe does not have the ability to do that, then I request that the option to do that be added to PipePipe. Thank you.
