Sorting refers to sorting by vip which is enabled by default.
We used the term classification to refer to the tags, VIPs, and comments features. It is simply not necessary to go into so much detail about our features in the value proposition, we refer to general functionalities in the application to highlight the value-add from a larger perspective.

Value proposition states that sorting is a feature in ServiceTrack but it actually is not a feature. It is also lacking in being specific on the feature it provides. It says classification but it is rather vague and it should include more of features that the app has like VIP.
