[ENG-162] Integrations authorize page top section isn't consistent for some integrations #1062

Describe the bug

In the integrations authorize page top section, there's a link that points to each integration doc and a little note, some integrations don't have it, so it will be helpful to make it consistent across all the integrations.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to 'Integrations'
  2. Click on 'Cloud 66'
  3. The top section of that page doesn't look the same as that of the AWS Secrets Manager
