[ENG-243] CloudFormation install Issue on docs #1175

This is missing the IAM field. I tried adding a new user but it says it's invalid. Would be great to know what you're meant to do for this step

Hey @sidonaldson I don't see where this is being asked. I see vpc id, databse username and password + keypair name. Can you show a larger screenshot so I understand at what step this is being asked
